- Refund policy
La Grasigns refund policy shall not be applicable in the following circumstances:
- Select a special service, package /offer
- In the scenario of accepting the initial design concept
- Opt for a discount coupon
- You hadn’t been in contact with the company from the initial process for more than two weeks
- Violation of La Grasigns Terms and Privacy Policy
- You have missed the mentioned time for a “return request” and a complaint.
- Asking for a change in any concept
- Dropped your orders for reasons outside of La Grasigns
- In this case, you contacted any service provider for the same project in the design area.
- In the case of an incomplete project summary
- In the case of other reasons like shifting your mind, disputing with the partner, or similar reasons.
- You admitted the result
- In the case, you have subscribed to a service pack, but are not convinced with the service. You can only demand a refund for that particular, not for the entire package.
- Within 10 initial days of placing the order, you have not submitted a preparatory design task.
10.How to request a refund?

In case of a refund, your design rights will be transferred to La Grasigns. According to the law, the copy of the project hold by the company cannot be displayed.

The following conditions will allow you to meet all the return requirements:
- In case of a refund before the delivery of the first concept, you will get an entire refund (except 10% of the service and handling fee).
- In case of a refund requested within 48-120 hours of original design delivery, you will get to a 33% refund (include 10% service and handling fee).
- In case of a refund request within 48 hours, you will be able to get a 66% refund (except 10% service and handling fee).
- Your refund requests will not be approved after 120 hours of the delivery of the original design, in case of expert advice and guidance, we encourage you to acquire the assistance of our support staff.
- Support staff must deal with all the refund requests. Depending on the breach of contract, La Grasigns holds the right to approve/ disapprove the submission based on certain circumstances.
- All refund requests must be reported to support.
